1. The service
Loop Studio is an AI-assisted video editing workspace. It stores media and project data, creates word-level transcripts, lets connected agents change edits and motion graphics, and renders output. Some features require your own third-party account, including Claude, Codex, or optional generative media tools.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for every MCP token or sharing link you create. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Plans, renewal and cancellation
Prices, billing intervals and included usage are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel and manage payment details in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
A founding rate remains the advertised annual rate for as long as that same subscription continues without interruption. It is a recurring subscription, not lifetime access. Taxes and legally required charges may still apply.
4. Refunds and consumer rights
Our fourteen-day money-back guarantee lets you request a refund of your first payment within fourteen days of purchase. Contact luuk@alleman.nl to claim it.
These commercial guarantees are additional to any mandatory rights you have. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for an online purchase, subject to applicable rules for services and digital content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
5. Usage and fair use
Plan descriptions may include generous or unlimited features alongside stated media and storage allowances. Current paid plans include 20 hours of transcription per calendar month and 100 GB of active source video storage per account unless the checkout page states otherwise. Deleted source videos release storage capacity. Unlimited exports means no artificial per-export charge for ordinary individual or business use. It does not permit automated resale, account sharing, abusive workloads or use that threatens service availability.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload and of your project-specific output, subject to rights in third-party materials and tools. You give us a limited license to host, copy, transform, transcribe and render that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you upload, including music, footage, likenesses and personal data.
7. AI output and third-party services
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other output. You must review every edit, transcript, claim and asset before publishing. Third-party services have their own terms, limits and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by providers you connect directly.
8. Community
You may choose to share a finished edit, a public style description and comments with other authenticated Loop Studio members. You keep ownership of what you share and give us a limited license to host, display and distribute it inside the service. Do not share footage, music, trademarks or personal information unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Members may save your public style description as a creative reference. This does not transfer ownership of your footage, project or original work. We may remove community content or restrict participation when reasonably necessary to address infringement, abuse, safety concerns or repeated violations.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Loop Studio to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate people deceptively, create non-consensual intimate content, distribute malware, bypass access controls, probe other accounts or overload the service. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
10. Availability and changes
Loop Studio is evolving and some features may be labelled beta. We work to keep it available and preserve project portability, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent support for every third-party integration. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects a paid plan.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loop Studio is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or publication decisions based on unreviewed output. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Ending an account
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. You can delete your account and stored project data from your profile. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach, illegal use, non-payment or a security threat. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export content first.
13. Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law lets you bring a claim elsewhere. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
14. Contact and changes
Questions, refunds and legal notices can be sent to luuk@alleman.nl. We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
